🐾 Booking Terms
To ensure the best care for your pets and a smooth service, please read the following:
Meet & Greet
A free meet and greet is required before any bookings to ensure your pet is comfortable and to discuss their needs.
Payments
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking.
Cancellations

No charge if cancelled more than 7 days before the booking

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full
Holiday & Bank Holiday Pricing
All services are charged at double rate on the following dates:
25th–26th December and 31st December–1st January.
Bank holidays are charged at time and a half.
Your Pet’s Health & Behaviour
All pets must be in good health, up to date with vaccinations, and suitable for handling. Any medical or behavioural issues must be disclosed in advance.
Emergency Care
If needed, your pet will be taken to a vet during your absence. Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.
Access to Property
You must provide safe and secure access to your property for scheduled visits (keys, codes, etc.).
Liability
While every care is taken, Starks and Barks cannot be held responsible for damage or injury caused by your pet. Pet owners remain responsible for their pet’s behaviour.
